Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 24 H) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like customized order, special orders. Please reach out to us at tastesofindia9@gmail.com and we will guide you accordingly
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Return policy
We dont accept returns for the orders placed. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with the product(s) you received in your order , reach out to us at tastesofindia9@gmail.com and we will do our best to address the issue.
On a case-to-case basis Tastes Of India evaluates the return reason and might send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted

Refunds
Refunds will only be made on a case by case basis subject to the products being received being expired/spoiled/damaged at the time of receiving the order. Any refund is at the sole discretion of Tastes Of India and will only be processed via the payment mode used by the customer. Please allow for up to 15 business days for the refund transfer to be completed.
Exchange & Cancellation
Orders placed can't be cancelled/ Exchanged with others. If, for any reason, youwant to cancel the order, please reach out to us at tastesofindia9@gmail.com and we will do our best to address the issue.
On a case-to-case basis Tastes Of India evaluates the return reason and might approve cancellation subject to the status of the order. We will get back to you with the cancellation details if approved.
